We reached out to Tony, to represent us as a buyer's agent, far in advance of when we actually needed a home. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the area. He got to know our family and our situation quickly, which allowed him to narrow down possible home choices. That said, he  was always flexible and willing to work with us even when we threw in a few curve balls. He treated each home showing very seriously and we went through each home thoroughly. Tony was excellent right from the start. He came over to our house to discuss our plans, gave us some advice for getting it ready to sell, and didn't pressure us at all. We went with him for selling our house and buying our new house, and he was great for both. When buying, he was very active, both in helping us find a house and in getting the deal done once we had an accepted offer.
